Refund policy

 

Limited Edition Artworks
Limited edition artworks, numbered and signed, are custom-made and therefore not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Open Edition Artworks
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. In this case, you may choose one of the following options:

- a store credit voucher, valid for 1 year, equal to the value of the purchased artwork;
- an exchange for another artwork of the same value or of a higher value, upon payment of the price difference.

A full refund to the original payment method will be issued within 5–7 business days from receipt of the returned artwork.

 

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and any shipping costs for a replacement artwork are borne by the customer and must be paid before the return is collected.

 

Conditions of Return
Returned artworks must be intact, unused, and free from damage. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
